Q: What does Northlight Creative sell?
A: Apparel and accessories featuring artwork created in the Northlight Creative studio. All physical products are produced through print-on-demand (POD) on high-quality blanks.
Q: Do you keep inventory or stock?
A: No. Each item is made-to-order when you place your purchase.
Q: Do you resell or host other makers’ products?
A: No. Northlight Creative is not a marketplace. Designs are studio-driven and tied directly to original artwork.

A: High-quality blanks chosen for comfort, durability, and how well they carry the artwork.
Q: Why do some items feel or fit differently?
A: Different designs use different blanks. Fabric blends, weight, and fit are selected intentionally per product.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Always use the Size Guide on the product page. Because blanks vary by manufacturer, sizing can differ between items.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size if it doesn’t fit?
A: No. Since everything is printed on demand, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please double-check measurements before ordering.
Shipping & Processing
Q: How long does processing take?
A: Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after production.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. International options are available at checkout.
Q: Will I receive tracking?
A: Yes. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges if I change my mind or pick the wrong size?
A: No. Every item is custom-printed when you order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect size selection.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
A: If there’s a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we’ll fix it.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- In most verified cases, we’ll send a replacement at no cost without requiring you to return the original item
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders are sent to production quickly, often within a few hours. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
