🖤 Returns & Refunds

Every piece of gear at Northlight Creative is custom-printed just for you at the time of your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

🛑 Damaged or Mislabeled Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us at theferaldarling@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

No Return Needed: In most cases involving manufacturing errors, we will send a replacement at no cost to you without requiring you to ship the item back.

🔄 Size Exchanges

Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot offer direct exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit for your silhouette.

💰 Refunds

Cancellations: Once an order is sent to production (usually within a few hours), it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Approval: If a refund is approved for a manufacturing error, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For our darlings in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.
